Stupid days

Finally an end to Bio SPA Skill D. 1 more Skill A for Bio and thats it. Today's Skill D was terribly disgusting. I find it so difficult. The set-up was very much unexpected, which really gave me a horrible shock. Think I have a very high probability of doing this SPA very badly. Sigh, but don't care lor, what to do...But something was really very irritating and distracting. I hate people laughing during tests and exams, especially when the atmosphere was so tense...I mean that person could have been done with her work and thinks that she can get level 8 for allt he criteria, it also gives her no right to distract the people around her. Its so irritating. Anyway, my brain juice was frozen just now, all thanks to the stupid air-con in the lab...

Yesterday wasn't a happy day, actually neither is today. Maybe tomorrow will be better. But anyway, I wasn't in the wrong, and I think no one, absolutely nobody has the right to have any comment cos I was just plainly stating the facts. I would not stand seeing anyone taking advantage of my friends and if I HAVE A MOUTH, as what Mrs Lock said to don't know me or ZJ, I would definitely speak up. I ran very very hard to East Coast cos I was so angry, in fact I was so tired and exhausted after the whole run.

Wednesday again

Its another Wednesday...last week at almost the same time and at the same place, I did the same thing. But today's atmosphere is better and funnier, because of the 'a-cute angle, cynthia and the teletubby' stuff. Haha. Wonder what those victims' reactions will be when they read those jokes...

Today's maths lesson was very interesting...we took almost 1 hour to do 1 maths question on trapezium rule, and we didnt know how to do the question still..maybe I should only speak for myself...maybe there are people out there in my CG who can really solve the question without reference to the notes within 15mins...

This morning I'm finally early. havbe been late and almost late for the past 2 days...all thanks to that dumb 69...first it gave me a heavy traffic jam, then the stupid door couldn't close...what else is new? but anyway, i'm early today, even earlier that the ever-early ZJ...haha.

Just now I finally went into the students' portal. Was so horrified to see those horrible attendance records. To think the dumb system has the nerve or the cheek to "say" that I was late/very late for school and that I was absent without an excuse...Very funny. The system is finding excuse for its own lousiness, by anyhow putting people as late or absent without excuse.

ZJ is cui-ing me to go SciCo liao...

SciCo

Today just finished my bio SPA. Last night was my 2nd time studying for it, cos I was conned by the new or maybe the old timetable. Whatever. But I think I made a very stupid mistake...but I always make stupid mistakes, so what's new? I was so tired in the middle of the paper, that I nearly fell asleep. Serious! I could not think of any more limitations to write, and the LSL was air-conned somemore...

Yesterday I tried to do the crystal in gel. But I screwed up the whole gel because I didn't add water to the waterglass. SKII added water to the gel and handed over to D. But he was no better, cos he didn't add the gel to the acid drop by drop...but I did. Haha, guess we all have the habit of not reading things properly...don't let him read this, or later he will stand behind me and pull my bag, like what he did to ZJ.

Start of the Term

Ok. Start of the new term. Middle of the 1st week. As usual, school term is never as fun as school holidays...cos have to wake up early, return home late, do homework, stay up late, etc and the list just goes on. And there's always tests and some stupid results to "spice up" lives. But anyway...

Saturday's e-filing was rather fun. Served a total of 4 "customers" (uncles) as compared to last year's 5 "customers"...I think. But this time round, there's ZJ, so the activity was definitely more interesting.

Timetable has changed. Changed for the better, I guess. At least now the latest I can still reach home by 6 plus as compared to before, whereby I leave school by 6 plus. But there are always people with very good and marvellous timetables, whereby their lessons end at 12 plus, even earlier than the days in NAS. How much I envy them. But never mind lor, since I have got no choice anyway.

On this coming Saturday, my class wants to have a class outing. but can't make it. Many people can't make it too. Perhaps an outing during June Hols would be better, more days, cant possibly everyone is busy everyday. But the probability that everyone is free on a particular day is...(1/30) to the power of 23...Hahahaha.

Smoke Alarm

Ok, perhaps I'm just a new blogger thats why I'm so enthu.

But anyway, I really think my nose is going to SPOIL soon...I keep smelling smoke leh...Actually my sis also, but my mom smells nothing. I swear I smelled something. And I'm still smelling t now. Its very distinctive, its different from the smoke we smell when people burn incense paper. Perhaps we got noses of dogs. Or dogs of noses, like what I told ZJ the last time. Whatever. Actually this makes sense...there is reason for me to smell smoke because of the forest fires in Indonesia. Its like this every year!

Still remember last year. It was terrible. It started off with hot spots in Indonesia, then bush fires near ZJ's house then bush fire near my house. My sis was fetching me home then, and there was such huge fire at the now-empty field near the AIA Grande that my sis had to make a detour. My sis had to park at the multi-storey carpark or we would have a hard time washing her car. The police cars and fire engines were parked in such a messy way so as to block cars from using that road. My mom saw the fire and how the fire fighters fought the fire. My sis's balcony was full of ashes. I couldn't open my house windows or we would all be suffocated, maybe not to death lah. It was so very hazy. I will never forget the scene.

Those were the times I spent with SCG 14. I told them a lot about all those stupid bush fires and they were all so amazed. They laughed, esp Jacqueline who's now at SAJC, at the frequent fires near ZJ's house. It was fun.

Review

Sigh, today is already Friday, which means only effectively, 2 more days of March Hols left. How disappointing. Really really hasn't done much revision over this hols or you can also say did make use of my time wisely in the opposite way.

Monday-Went to Revenue House for E-filing training
Tuesday- Went to have my hair cut and went T Mall and C Sq to shop
Wednesday- Went to Loyang to collect my sis's uniform
Thursday- Went Budget Terminal and Suntec City
Friday- Went to school in the morning and slept throughout the afternoon
Saturday- Will be going to Tampines West E-Club for my E-filing service
Sunday- Will be going out to celebrate my last day of March Hols

Such busy schedule really left me no time to study lah. Luckily there's no MCT, if not you see if I won't be in trouble...

But anyway, the 67 bus journey this noon was wonderfu. ZJ and I had so much fun and laughter describing how ugly each brother of 2moro is. It was a rather metaphoric and simile-ic journey, as we compared them with the ugliest and the stupidest objects and persons we saw. Even the longkang and the bus driver and some other innocent folks on the bus and on the street were being implicated into our dumb conversation. Haha. So childish and lame, but thats enjoyment.

Budget trip!

Went to the preview of the budget terminal this afternoon...was ok and not as bad and budgety as anyone would have expected. Took the shuttle service from T2, a 10 min trip would take you right to the doorstep. Not bad sia...

Frankly speaking, the terminal really look like a big warehouse, maybe because it is rather emoty and spacious and it is only a single storey. No lifts, no escalators. Simple procedure, simple facilities. Simple yet good.

Then went Suntec City and Marina Sq. To shop and walk.

Another day of my hols gone. Going back to school for chem lessons tmr morning. Sigh, cant sleep till late afternoon liao.

Sad

I was so sad when 1 of my CG gals saw one of my entries and thought that I was talking about her.

To speak the truth, I have not much comments about my CG gals... I think we are close enough...so much so that there is nothing much for me to talk and pick about. That's why I'm really sad when I saw her comment. The reason for that entry was because I didn't want them to know how I feel towards them. It doesn't really matter if I thrash things out with them since we hardly go out together anyway, and they would probably not read my blog. But for any other matters that are important, I would definitely clarify matters.

But anyway, I've called my CG gal and explained things. Not sure if she really understood...but I don't want any misunderstandings with my CG gals.

IRAS

Just now went to IRAS for the e-filing training with Gladys and ZJ. Was rather interesting because there was this uncle who was really so " ïnto" in asking questions that were really not very intelligent. ZJ and I were doubting his comprehension skills...the notes was comprehensive and comprehensible thou...But never mind, without him and his irritating questions and remarks and his funny sense of fashion (ie socks and sandals), the lecture or what you can call "read-from-the-ppt-slides" session wouldn't have be half as interesting.

And the mini tea reception was so-so only. Not as fabulous as last year's, neither can it hold a candle with the spread me and ZJ had at the attachment closing ceremony. But never mind, I wasn't very full anyway...One thing that we regretted was drinking that cold fruit punch and re-entering that audi that was originally not so cold, because that cold drink really made us so cold. And it wasn't just us...there's always the guy who HUBbed...Haha.

End of 1st Term

Today...the first day after last day of term 1. How time flies...Last year's march hols was spent with the people in SCG 14, and with just like a blink of an eye, its another year, and this time round with CG 24.

Went to the NUS Centennial Open House...was sort of being forced to go initially cos I was totally uninterested in open houses. But anyway, went and nearly regretted when we were being "discriminated" by the Uni pple for not graduating yet visiting. Intended and attempted to fake ourselves as graduates, but our plan totally flopped. Haha. Saw quite a number of Tjcians...so much so...Haha. Had a clear idea that medicine is definitely out for me after listening to the so many talks that alternated between Halls 1 and 6.

Open house aside, we went to Orchard Rd for lunch and some shopping. Was a pleasant trip, I must say. Took neoprints...which I didn't look so good in...but never mind. Had fun though.

Back to talking about CG 24, it began with a lot of uncertainties, suspiscions, dissatisfaction...but sooner or later, I realised it wasn't that bad afterall. I don't dare say I had the best people in my class, but I definitely didn't have the worst.

But as of yesterday, for my class, what's 24+1-1-1?
